What you need to know about FREE Trial Subscriptions:
If we have not heard from you prior to the 90-Day Trial period ending we will charge your credit card $59 per month (Bundle 3 Monthly Price). Contact our customer ready help desk team and select the Ministry Mobilizer option, indicating that you wish to Cancel Your Subscription or Upgrade/Downgrade your subscription (refer to policies below).
How to Upgrade Your Subscription:
Upgrading is easy! Contact our customer ready help desk team and select the Ministry Mobilizer option. Indicate the Bundle you would like to upgrade to, as well as the payment option of your choice (monthly or annual). Our help desk team will contact you once the payment has been processed and your account has been upgraded.
How to Cancel or Downgrade Your Subscription:
Contact our customer ready help desk team and select the Ministry Mobilizer option. Indicate the Bundle you would like to downgrade. Our help desk team will contact you once the payment has been processed and your account has been de-activated or downgraded.

There is a $39 fee to downgrade your Ministry Mobilizer subscription. (Note: Does NOT apply during the free trial period.)

There is a $39 fee for subscription cancellations. (Note: Does NOT apply during the free trial period). Our customer service team will setup a standard website account for you upon request, so you can order background checks without paying for Ministry Mobilizer.
Refund Policy for Downgrading Your Ministry Mobilizer Subscription:
Any refund for Ministry Mobilizer Subscription charges will be pro-rated based on the number of months used. The refund may be applied to your account or refunded to the credit card.

Any refund for Ministry Mobilizer Annual Subscription payments will be pro-rated based on the schedule below. The refund may be applied to the account or refunded to the credit card.
- Cancellation within first three months: 75% of hosting fees refunded less $39.00 cancellation fee
- Cancellation between three and six months: 50% of hosting fees refunded less $39.00 cancellation fee
- Cancellation between six and nine months: 25% of hosting fees refunded less $39.00 cancellation fee
- Cancellation after nine months: No refund of hosting fees. $39 cancellation fee applies
